Meet the Team

Tausha Inara, LCSW

Tausha is a Licensed Clinical Social Work with over two years experience in community mental health in both school and clinic based settings. Before becoming a therapist, she worked in a secured psychiatric residential facility with children for 13 years as a Skills Trainer, Case Manager, and Crisis Clinical Responder.

Tausha works well with people who are neurodiverse and struggling with their mental health. People with neurodevelopmental differences often experience invalidated and complex trauma throughout their lives. This trauma resides within the body and mind, impacting day-to-day functioning- sometimes to the point of immobilization. Tausha specializes in neurodevelopmental diversity, anxiety, complex trauma, LGBTQ+, and depression. Her approach primarily integrates CBT and DBT, with a sprinkle of ESFT. A session with Tausha often includes play, music, or walking with tea. She'll help you identify your inherent strengths while bolstering your body based coping skills.

Tausha currently takes Pacific Source (Oregon Health Plan), Kaiser, Moda and Providence.
