Salem Office - 2405 Front Street NE

Our Salem office is located in the Galt Foundation building just north of downtown Salem. The building is locked and you will need to send a message or call your clinician to let them know that you have arrived if they are not there to greet you at the door. If you make it into the building, turn left to find the stairs and head on up to the second floor (there is also an elevator). At the top of the stairs, there is a small waiting area where your clinician will greet you. We have 2 separate offices in this building so we recommend waiting at the top of the stairs the first time you meet your new therapist. They will let you know the best place to wait for them going forward as well has how they can best be contacted. There is a parking lot out front.
