Meet the Team

Rachel is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Rachel Blackwood-Perez is a licensed clinical social worker and started her career working with youth and families in 2004.  She has worked with individuals and families that have been impacted by significant trauma, social services involvement, adoptions, anxiety, depression, learning differences, behavioral challenges and many life transitions.  These experiences have shaped her belief that every child and family has strengths – even in the middle of hard seasons.

Rachel currently takes PacificSource OHP and Commercial, Moda, Providence, and Kaiser.
