Meet the Team

Molly Frechette, LCSW

Molly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 14 years of experience in the behavioral health field. She specializes in working with trauma survivors, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, neurodivergent individuals, and people healing from codependency, religious trauma, and narcissistic abuse.
Her approach is collaborative and integrative, rooted in trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and decolonization-informed practices. She welcomes clients who may not have found traditional talk therapy effective and offers space to explore other healing modalities and spiritual practices alongside evidence-based methods.
Molly believes therapy should be a place where you can bring your full self without judgment. She works alongside clients to explore new perspectives, strengthen resilience, and build practical skills for navigating life’s challenges with greater clarity, self-compassion, and awareness of the systemic factors that shape their experiences. When she is not in sessions, you'll find her with her dogs, foraging, rock hounding, ice skating, or at karaoke.

Molly currently takes PacificSource OHP and Commercial, Moda, Providence, and Kaiser.
