Meet the Team

Melissa Willhoft is a Clinical Social Worker Associate and holds a Master's in Addictions Counseling certification. She works with adolescents and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use concerns. She brings 14 years of substance use counseling, 3 years in clinical social work and a warm, collaborative approach to therapy.

Melissa integrates somatic approaches, CBT, DBT, and parts work to help clients understand their emotions, regulate their nervous system, and build practical coping skills. She strives to create a supportive space where clients feel heard, build on their strengths, and move towards meaningful change.
