Kelsie Wafer, LCSW

Kelsie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience in the behavioral health field. She specializes in working with adolescents, transition-aged youth, and young adults facing a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and school or social concerns.

Kelsie’s approach is relational and rooted in strength-based, person-centered, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive perspectives. She works with individuals and families with a deep understanding of the complex systems—such as family, school, work, social, and cultural environments—that influence mental health and overall well-being.

Kelsie believes in the possibility of change and growth, and she works collaboratively with clients to build practical skills—grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)—that support resilience and help them better cope with life’s challenges.

Kelsie currently takes Kaiser, PacificSource (commercial and Oregon Health Plan), Moda, and Providence
