Kat Tate, CSWA
Kat is a Clinical Social Work Associate who provides individual therapy for transitional age youth and adults seeking navigational support through various traumas, anxiety, depression, relationships and life transitions.
She has spent the majority of her career working with adolescent survivors of human trafficking in both inpatient programs and community advocacy roles. She brings a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach to every session.
Kat is passionate about the idea that confronting life’s hard and uncomfortable things always carries the potential of freedom. She believes that healing is found in community and considers it the highest honor to be trusted to journey alongside the clients she serves.
Kat currently takes Moda, Providence, and Kaiser.
