Isai is a Professional Counselor Associate at Grassroots Counseling & Consults. As a bilingual and bicultural counselor fluent in English and Spanish, he is passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where clients feel heard and understood. He believes everyone has unique strengths and the ability to grow, and his goal is to help clients build confidence, overcome challenges, and make meaningful changes in their lives.

He enjoys working with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating a wide range of mental health concerns and life experiences. His approach is genuine, collaborative, and tailored to each individual, incorporating CBT, DBT, and person-centered techniques. With a background in soccer, he also supports athletes facing challenges with confidence, motivation, and performance.
