Meet the Team

Erin Dannecker, LCSW

Co-Owner

Erin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides individual and family therapy for adolescents, young adults, and women navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. She has an interest in helping clients understand how past experiences shape present patterns while supporting them in building lives that feel meaningful, connected, and aligned with their values.

Erin is a certified Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapist and is trained in Brainspotting, an evidence-based trauma treatment approach. Her work is grounded in attachment theory, family systems, and a strengths-based, trauma-informed perspective. She recognizes that mental health is shaped not only by individual experiences but also by the families, communities, and larger systems in which people live. Therapy with Erin is both practical and reflective, creating space to heal, develop self-understanding, and explore what matters most as clients move toward lives that feel more authentic and fulfilling.

In addition to providing therapy, Erin is a clinical supervisor for Clinical Social Work Associates (CSWAs), where she enjoys supporting the growth of emerging clinicians through a collaborative and relational approach. She is sometimes joined in session by her therapy dog, Poppy.

Erin works with clients with Kaiser, Moda, Pacificsource (Oregon Health Plan and Commercial), and Providence.
