Molly Frechette, CSWA
Molly (she/her) is a seasoned mental health professional with over a decade of experience in community mental health, private practice, and nonprofit settings. She holds a Bachelor's in Psychology from Grand Canyon University and a Master’s in Social Work from Arizona State University. A Las Vegas native, she has called the Pacific Northwest home since 2013.
As a queer therapist, Molly is passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ and other marginalized communities, including those healing from religious trauma. Rooted in a decolonized therapy model, her approach is anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and culturally affirming. She believes healing is both personal and collective, deeply intertwined with culture, history, and systemic realities. Molly’s favorite therapeutic modalities include art and nature therapy, harnessing creativity and the natural world as powerful tools for healing. She finds that expression through art and connection with nature can help clients process emotions, restore balance, and foster a deeper sense of self.
When not in session, Molly finds joy in the water, spending time with her dogs, foraging, rock hounding, or belting out a song at karaoke.
Molly will be accepting clients beginning sometime this summer!
