Scott Filley, LCSW - Co-Owner

Scott is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who started his Behavioral Health and Human Services career working as a Youth & Family Counselor in a psychiatric residential treatment center in Portland, Maine, in 1998, and transitioned into working in an outpatient behavioral health setting specializing in skill-building, care coordination, therapy, and program development in Community Outpatient for Youth & Families. He has accumulated over 18 years of experience in several areas within the Behavioral Health and Human Services field, which includes juvenile criminal justice, the geriatric population, medical social work in long-term care and skilled rehabilitation, school social work, clinical social work, and program development administration. His clinical approach is highly action oriented and he believes that people should be met where they are at, sometimes engaging families and individuals in their home or in the community.

Scott works with clients with Kaiser, Moda, Pacificsource (Oregon Health Plan and Commercial), and Providence.

Karri Manning, LPC - Co-Owner

Karri Manning is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a certified Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy clinician and clinical supervisor. She has been practicing for 10 years. She is trained in EMDR and Brainspotting and practices with a relational approach. She practices with her therapy dog, Brené. Karri loves working with family systems, youth, and teenagers. She is an approved LPC and MFT supervisor through the board and can provide supervision when disciplinary action has been taken.

Karri works with clients with Kaiser, Moda, Pacificsource (Oregon Health Plan and Commercial), and Providence.

Erin Dannecker, LCSW - Co-Owner

Erin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides individual and family therapy for adolescents, transition-aged youth, and young adults who are experiencing a wide array of concerns and issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, parenting issues, and life transitions. She is a certified Ecosystemic Structural Family therapist, trained in Brainspotting (a trauma treatment modality), and practices from an eclectic, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive perspective. Erin approaches all her work from a systems perspective, understanding that a person is impacted by the systems (family, work, social, cultural, etc.) that they exist within and understands the impacts of structural violence and social inequity on individual’s mental health. Erin also is a clinical supervisor for Clinical Social Work Associates (CSWAs). Her supervision style is relational and mirrors her therapeutic approach. She sometimes practices with her therapy dog, Poppy.

Erin works with clients with Kaiser, Moda, Pacificsource (Oregon Health Plan and Commercial), and Providence.

Annie Bittner, CSWA

Annie is a Clinical Social Work Associate who has practiced for over two years in a community mental health setting. Before becoming a therapist, she worked as a family advocate for the Corvallis School District, supporting families navigating homelessness and poverty. 

Annie’s therapeutic approach is relational and strengths based, centering the client and acknowledging that we are all impacted by the systems in which we live. She works with individuals, families, and couples across the lifespan and loves to meet clients in the community or for walking sessions.

Kendra Taylor, CSWA

Kendra is a Clinical Social Work Associate with over two years experience in community mental health in both school and clinic settings. She has over five years experience in community advocacy for individuals facing houselessness and poverty. 

Kendra is passionate about supporting families, youth, and transitional age adults with identifying their strengths and values, navigating barriers, and achieving their goals. She practices from relational and trauma-informed approaches. She believes in anti-oppressive practice which promotes autonomy and while acknowledging the impacts of systemic barriers, injustice, and trauma. She believes in the capacity for change through a supportive therapeutic alliance.

Tausha Inara, CSWA

Tausha is a Clinical Social Work Associate with over two years experience in community mental health in both school and clinic based settings. Before becoming a therapist, she worked in a secured psychiatric residential facility with children for 13 years as a Skills Trainer, Case Manager, and Crisis Clinical Responder.

Tausha works well with people who are neurodiverse and struggling with their mental health. People with neurodevelopmental differences often experience invalidated and complex trauma throughout their lives. This trauma resides within the body and mind, impacting day-to-day functioning- sometimes to the point of immobilization. Tausha specializes in neurodevelopmental diversity, anxiety, complex trauma, LGBTQ+, and depression. Her approach primarily integrates CBT and DBT, with a sprinkle of ESFT. A session with Tausha often includes play, music, or walking with tea. She'll help you identify your inherent strengths while bolstering your body based coping skills.

Zach Beeler, LPC

Zachary Beeler is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 4.5 years of community mental health experience as a Child and Family Outpatient Counselor. Before studying counseling, he received a degree in Elementary Education, which he uses to support kids and families. He has 10 years of experience working on college campuses supporting and mentoring college students with school and life stress. He utilizes person centered counseling as his base approach along with CBT/DBT skills development approach and Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy in a family setting. He believes family involvement is vital to children through adolescence working on mental health and behavioral health symptoms. He has supported kids, adolescents, parents, and adults with depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, communication, emotions, etc. His clinical approach is a mixture of active listening and teaching oriented. He enjoys drawing illustrations and doing activities to support Mental Health goals.

Zach currently takes Pacificsource (Oregon Health Plan and Commercial) Kaiser, and Providence Health Plan. He will be approved with Moda soon.

Mackenzie Young, PCA

Mackenzie is a dedicated mental health therapist with over six years of experience working with individuals diagnosed with Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI). Specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), she provides structured, evidence-based interventions to help clients manage symptoms, develop coping strategies, and improve overall well-being.

She earned a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Western Oregon University in 2021, equipping her with a strong clinical foundation in assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic modalities. Her approach integrates CBT techniques to support clients in identifying and modifying maladaptive thought patterns, fostering resilience, and enhancing daily functioning. Mackenzie is passionate about client-centered care; she strives to create a supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment that empowers individuals to achieve their personal and therapeutic goals.

Mackenzie currently takes Pacificsource (Oregon Health Plan and Commercial) Kaiser, Moda, and Providence Health Plan.

Kelsie Wafer, LCSW

Kelsie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience in the behavioral health field. She specializes in working with adolescents, transition-aged youth, and young adults facing a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and school or social concerns.

Kelsie’s approach is relational and rooted in strength-based, person-centered, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive perspectives. She works with individuals and families with a deep understanding of the complex systems—such as family, school, work, social, and cultural environments—that influence mental health and overall well-being.

Kelsie believes in the possibility of change and growth, and she works collaboratively with clients to build practical skills—grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)—that support resilience and help them better cope with life’s challenges.

Kelsie currently takes Kaiser, PacificSource (commercial and Oregon Health Plan), and will soon be paneled with Moda and Providence Health Plan

Kaylee Martin, PCA

Kaylee Martin is a Professional Counselor Associate and has a passion for working with transitional age youth, women who have experienced or are experiencing intimate partner violence, and individuals who have experienced trauma. She has been practicing for two and a half years. Her professional goals include being trained in DBT, ERP, and eating disorders. She approaches therapy from a strengths-based and trauma-informed lens to help individuals recognize their own resilience and build a sense of safety. Whether you are experiencing life transitions, ready to heal from past trauma, or seeking deeper insight, she is here to walk alongside her clients with compassion, respect, and empathy.

Kaylee currently takes Moda, Kaiser, and Providence.

Molly Frechette, CSWA

Molly is a Clinical Social Worker Associate with over 14 years of experience in the behavioral health field. She specializes in working with trauma survivors, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, neurodivergent individuals, and people healing from codependency, religious trauma, and narcissistic abuse.
Her approach is collaborative and integrative, rooted in trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and decolonization-informed practices. She welcomes clients who may not have found traditional talk therapy effective and offers space to explore other healing modalities and spiritual practices alongside evidence-based methods.
Molly believes therapy should be a place where you can bring your full self without judgment. She works alongside clients to explore new perspectives, strengthen resilience, and build practical skills for navigating life’s challenges with greater clarity, self-compassion, and awareness of the systemic factors that shape their experiences. When she is not in sessions, you'll find her with her dogs, foraging, rock hounding, ice skating, or at karaoke.

Molly currently takes PacificSource OHP, Moda, Providence, and Kaiser.
